Fantastic service! After reading the Yelp reviews, I contacted Mr.Bill, and he came over very quickly to pick up 40 years old Persian rug. ORC's employees did a great job repaired it, and he delivered it back the next week...arrived at the time agreed (both times) and kept me posted via text. He also gave me lots of tips about rug care and repair, and the price was extremely reasonable, can't beat it! Seriously, if you have rugs that need restoration & repairing, call ORC.

My family and I were impressed by the prompt and swift service (an estimate, rug padding and customization, and payment were made in less than two hours) and the worker's Bill respectfulness and helpfulness. I would recommend this and will be a customer again.
